In John 6:35-51, we encounter one of Jesus' most challenging teachings about being the bread of life. This passage confronts us with a profound truth: we have no life in ourselves. Just as we depend on physical food, water, and breath to survive, we desperately need spiritual nourishment that can only come from outside ourselves
